Nerva Traian Octavian Goga

As this is a sale between private individuals, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which governs relationships between consumers and businesses, generally does not apply. The transaction is governed mainly by the agreement between the parties and by the Spanish Civil Code.

In a private sale:

• There is no 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to remote purchases from professionals;
• The legal guarantee of conformity for professional sales does not apply;
• There may be liability for hidden defects under the Civil Code.
